QMGeneral to acknowledge the receipt of your report & explanation upon
extract of Inspectors report, & to inform you, in regard to
transportation, to notify the proper affairs of the R. R. leading out of
Charleston, that no transportation not given from your office will be
recognised or paid in auditing their accounts. |
