| The Richmond & Petersburg Rail Road
Company have consented to run their cars through to Weldon, upon
condition that their cars be not sent beyond that point. |
| You will accordingly, in no case, permit
the cars of that Company to be sent beyond Weldon. This order is
imperative and no exception will be made to the general rule it
establishes. |
