| Yours of the 12th ultimo, asking authority
to pay increased rates of transportation laid down by Central
{(of Georgia)} Rail Road, beginning 10th
December, and also increase of fifty dollars on chartered trains from
15th November last, has been received. In reply I have to inform you
that upon consideration the Quarter Master General has decided to allow
payments of the increased rates in both cases, therefore, you are
directed to pay them. |
