| Refers letter of H D Whitcomb
{Superintendent, Virginia Central RR}
States that P H Burruss Co C 20th Bat Va Heavy Artillery was detailed
for service on his road, but was remanded to his company because his
position as sergeant rendered his service of importance to the Co. also
that Burruss is now reduced to the ranks and as the objection does not
obtain now he again asks that a detail be granted. |
