Gardner. Encloses RR Receipt for stores which were lost by RR Co, also
makes statements concerning the manner of shipping stores generally by
the QMD RR company and the frequent losses occurring to Govt supplies by
carelessness of RR agents and calls attention of QMG to the same. |
