| In pursuance of a resolution passed by the
Railroad Convention at Columbia S. C. on the 4th Inst., the rates for
transporting troops over this Road on and after Octo 1st 1862 will be
three cents pr mile, the rates for freight as heretofore for further
information refer to Dr Lewis Sen from Geo who represented the
Government in Convention. |
