Desires to know where is the fault that the
transportation on the road was so blocked up & the absence of cars from
Richmond that the Comdg Genl was unable to get 1000 Bbls Flour conveyed
to the army on an emergency. Insists that the investigation be pursued
until satisfactorily answered |
