C. awaiting for transportation to this place, asks that the RR
authorities give precedence to their transportation &c. |

Dept has authority to exact priority only for the freight of the Govt,
all other transportation is left to the free action of the RR Cos upon
application to them prompt transportation will doubtless be afforded to
these articles. |
