Refd to Maj Johns QMR Richmond. Is there
any Tug here that can be hired until that belonging to the Govt is
repaired. Maj M has been instructed to make any temporary arrangement he
can to prevent the accumulation of freight at Petersburg. How long will
it be before the Govt Tug is ready for use again. |
