Compensation of a bonded agt. under act of
Cong. orders 53 P14 is not to exceed the pay of a Capt if Infantry. The
pay should be settled by orders or regulation & may include the same
privileges as to rations that a Capt of Infantry has. Congress uses that
term "pay" as including all emoluments of the officer refd to in the
enactment. Act of 31 Aug. 61 as to staff officers, 18 Dec/61 as to
surgeon's asst Surg. 2??? Comms, act of Sept 18/62 as to pay of S &
Genls. |
