| Copy of letter addressed to Presdt of 2 RRs
is refd to Lewis Harvie Prest of R&D RR {Richmond
& Danville RR} for his information, as it expresses views of this
dept in reference to running of passenger trains & corn ??ance its
passenger trains. I will venture to add that reasons for restrictions
apply to ??? force to that point of ??? from Richmond to Greensboro, as
nearly entire freighting business has to be accomplished by trains drawn
from other roads. |
