Asks if officer of Rail Roads who now rank
as officers of Government can certify to the correctness of Railroad
freight bills, and why individuals shipping goods should pay the through
freight either at the point of shipment or their destination, and wishes
to have it so arranged that C. S. Transportation shall not pay more than
it owes. |
