lbs scrap iron & he claims to have recd only 13440. Wishes to know for
what amt he is entitled a receipt that shipped or that recd. |

5 May/64. If Capt L has followed circular
from this dept on subject viz: taking carriers receipt for 15033 & fwded
bill of lading for that amt also receipted to consequence, then Maj
Morton should give receipts for full amt & a/c for deficiency by calling
