| In reply to Qr Mr Genls telegram. Gives
report of his action in having the Raleigh & Gaston RRd cleared of
freight assisted by the Prest. of he road and calls attention to the
change in forwarding freight by Petersburg Road and as to a premium
charge for forwarding freights taken advantage of by private parties, to
the detriment of the Government |
