Acknowledging receipt of letter of 26 inst,
and replies that the cars mentioned by Superintendent of C. R. R.
{Virginia Central RR} are not his, as h has
hands enough to discharge the cars when they arrive, but cars with
subsistence for Lynchburg which are moved as quickly as facilities will
allow. Encloses dispatches from Supt relative to it. |
