advance from Govt of $12,000 to lay Rails. |

| I recommend that twelve thousand dollars
($12000) be advanced to the Road (Pensacola & Georgia RR) to make the
connection, the amount to be refunded to the Confed Sts in
transportation. The appropriations for transportation of the army can
