| Refers to necessity of iron for RRds &
suggests a plan for making furnaces now out of blast to be producing
extent of 1000 tons yearly in each state of the Confederacy by
organization of Cos to whom the Govt will guarantee certain exemptions
from impressment also relating the check on such cos disposed to
speculate. |
