Resply retd to QM Genl. This baled forage
comes from O&A RR {Orange & Alexandria RR}
to the Central RR & can only be counted by having the cars unloaded.
This would destroy a through arrangement now working very satisfactorily
& create detention without a corresponding benefit. If there is not some
more weighty reason than strike vice now for Capt Irwins retds to state
no bales & weight I would recommend that it should be required of him. |
