These men appear to be serving on detached
duty & come therefore within the law which gives the a per diem in lieu
of all allowances. If they receive their per diem they may still
purchase necessary articles of clothing at the established prices. If
they are entitled to draw clothing in the ??? may. In either event they
can apply to Maj Sutherlin QM at Danville. |
