| Acknowledges receipt of Sec's letter of 21
inst, enclosing copy letter of Geo Davidson Special Ordnance Agt. Says
that on the 1st inst they commenced the new mail schedule ordered by the
PMGenl. Relates to the running of the same and to their connection with
the Va & Tenn Road &c &c. Calls attention to the neglect of the Govt
agents to give timely information when soldier trains or large amt Govt
freight has been sent to the Junction. |
