Asks that Maj Bell be directed to haul as much iron as possible from Edinburg to Staunton at what he considers a reasonable price. States that the iron is very much needed for Rail Road wheels.

Referred to Maj H M Bell QM Staunton Va to report whether any iron &c can be transported for Mess Anderson & Co without interfering with the N&M Bureau; and also to state his vies as to what would be a fair price to charge for hauling &c.
