Says he has determined to attempt to get
ice by erecting shallow pools in the mountains in his state and to put
up a large quantity. Asks authority to transport it on the Rail Roads
and to house it in Columbia. Says he will furnish all the Govt needs at
cost. |

afforded, if delivered at a Railway Station and due notice given. Mason
