The Hawkins & Carrington tariff is settled
by authority of Sec of War & will obtain when the trains run on other
roads, but on all other transportation's audit, accts of this road at 3
1/2 c per mile pr man for troops and 20 cts pr 100 lbs for frt, carried
any distance. These prices until further advise. |
