In two days more will have the East Tenn. &
Va. Road in condition to meet demands of Govt. Calls attention to Va &
Tenn Road cannot get them to receive & unload cars at Bristol as fast as
delivered. Every car load sent by way of Wilmington costs $100 extra. |

have assurances from the Va & Tenn Rl R that they are not behind in the
work required from it. Cars are never sent by the lower route or from
Chattanooga to Wilmington, except when notified that they cannot get
