It is much better & safer to box meat that
it should always be done. The averge loss of loose meat is
transportation will not fall short of 10 per cent for every hundred
miles. Can Govt afford this? Meat is not in shipping condition when
loose & Railroads are not liable for loss. Meat is worth more than money
& an investment in boxes will yield good results. |
