instant to the Secretary of the Navy has been referred to this office.
Chief Engineer Ramsey in charge of Naval Ordnance at Charlotte N. C. has
this day been instructed to {by?} telegraph
as follows. |
Colo Sims states that the
Government is using some Rail Road machinery through Charlotte that it
has no means of repairing. You will make such repairs as may be needed
provided it can be done without prejudice to more important interests. |
