| I herewith enclose Invoices & Receipts for
Stores which have been turned over to the Qr. Master for transportation
to your address. |
| The Ordnance Car is loaded with 25 Cases
Stationery, 10 Barrels Pork & 2 Bales Numnals(?), which constitute a
part of this Invoice. The balance of the Stores will be sent forward as
soon as transportation can be obtained. Mr. Morgan will probably leave
with his car tomorrow. |
| I am in hopes that I will be able to get
off a large lot "ex Cornubia" & "Emma," before the end of the week and
also such stores as will be landed from the S. S. "Ro. E. Lee." |
