Carriages have been made at C. R. Road
{Central (of Georgia) RR} depot for two
cannon found at this Post. One cannon was sent some time since by Capt.
Lamar, the remaining one was sent a few days by S & Gulf Road & is I
presume at this time at Depot of said Road subject to your order. As
soon as the cannon are mounted & ready for use, please return them to #3
S. A. & G. Road {Savannah, Albany & Gulf RR}. |
