| Maj Cuylers agent left here by freight
train this am in charge of 9 coal cars to be loaded with coke & five
coal for the Arsenal. They have received their part with some six to
eight loads of coal & can probably now or at any rate so soon as
these last cars return furnish your needs. |

coal cars (10) & keep them exclusively for Maj Cuyler & yourself. |
