I have had the cars loaded with ordnance placed on a side
track, and you will oblige me by instructing your men to unload them
as they stand. If we bring them to the Platform on the Main Track it will
stop all other work, and there is a large amount of Forage and
other Government Freight which should be unloaded to day. Give
attention to the above will oblige.
