| Move all the lathes except the
large one, small machinery material of all kinds, tools belting and
provisions; dismantle whatever you leave, be certain to get 1500 or
2000 lbs more bacon. Island No 10 taken by the enemy. I am in bed sick
-- will come up tomorrow morning if you think necessary, if able to
travel. Get Burnsville Corinth & Iuka cleaned out first & if
caught with Rolling Stock east remove it to Georgia. |
