I am informed that on Saturday morning
last you were duly notified that a train for wood would be sent down to
you yesterday. |
A train of 18 cars were sent, but returned
empty, there being no one on the ground to load the wood. |
I must state that I shall hold you
responsible as per agreement, for such charge as the R. R. Co. may make
for this train. The R. R. Co. further refuse, I understand, to send for
any more of your wood until they have assurance that the time of the
hands & trains will not be wasted. |
