I am just informed that a train of 18 cars
sent down to your station {Central (of Georgia)
RR} for wood found no one to load, and was obliged to return
without wood, although you had been notified (or Mr. Reynolds) the day
before. |
Such neglect entails most serious
inconvenience upon me and upon the R. R. Co., and I shall be compelled
to carry out our agreement by visiting any expense caused to the
Government thereby upon you. |
