| I wish to obtain if possible the means of
building 4 or 5 R R cars for direct Government use in the transportation
of stores & building materials for the work under my charge. Which work
will, I fear, be seriously delayed if not stopped unless I can procure
more regular transportation. |

with rolled articles sufficient for the small nr. of cars I have named.
Also at what price and within what times. |
