| Gentlemen, |
| I desire to lay a temporary track from the
M. & W. R. R. {Macon & Weston RR} to the
premises I now occupy for Govt. purposes, with the privilege of removing
the same when no longer required. The track will be laid along the line
of the R. R. formerly leading into the premises. |

the desired track. |
