| Dear Sir, |
| I wrote Mr. Irvine last week to send us a
train of 12 or 15 cars to load on Saturday last for you, but none have
come as yet. Send it along as soon as you can. |
| The permanent building is done except
flooring. |
| Addition to Negro buildings complete. |
| Derrick complete, & considerable of
buildings "Right & Left" done also. |
| Your architect failed to give the length
of flooring in last Bill, if however it does not matter I will cut it 20
feet long. |
