| I beg to inform you also that there was no
detail of men yesterday to assist in unloading the cars run up by the R.
R. Co. {Macon & Western RR} to a point near
this Armory, and that out of 18 cars so run up, but one was
unloaded in consequence, and the rest had to be sent back as they came. |
| I trust you will in future arrange to give
me the assistance required and agreed upon; otherwise my operations will
be greatly retarded. |
