| Dear Sir, |
| On the 16th inst I requested you to send
two cars to Butler, to be loaded with shingles for this Armory and you
promised to do so. The shingles have not been received, and the work of
this Armory is greatly delayed in consequence, the shingles being
required to cover a brass foundry building greatly needed. I have again
to request that the transpn may be supplied. |
