I saw Col Cuyler before leaving Savannah who
directed me to store the above goods here and report to you. He will be
here on his way to Macon on Monday night (probably). Unless Col Cuyler
gives me other instructions on his arrival I shall await your orders
here. One car load of the above goods has arrived and the other will be
in tonight. {Thomasville was the western end
of the Savannah, Albany & Gulf RR -- the farthest away from Sherman that
cars could get} |
