Sir, |
I can arrange with the CRR
{Central (of Georgia) RR} to have their
cars loaded with lumber, put upon the track of your road for the purpose
of being run up near to my present works to be unloaded and returned
same day. I can guarantee the unloading but must rely upon you to
haul the cars returned. Can I do so? It will be necessary that the agent
of the CRR should know upon what days you an run cars up, otherwise I
shall be liable to a penalty of $7.00 per day for detention of cars. Can
you have this understanding with him without inconvenience? The
stringers are all cut for my siding and I desire to have them unloaded
near to the place at which they are to be used, and I expect them to
arrive daily. |
Your reply by the bearer will greatly oblige. |
Respectfully |
Your obdt servt |
