This is to certify that Messrs Wood Meador
& Co of Stone Mountain Ga. are under contract with the C. S. Govt. for
the supply of a large quantity of dressed stone for this Armory, and for
the C. S. Laboratories in this city, and that they are employed
exclusively on Govt work. |
The bearer, Mr Meador, is one of the
contractors, and he requires transportation for sufficient corn to
supply the requirements of his stock &c say 400 or 500 bushels
{3 to 4 car loads}. |
Qr. Masters and others controlling
transportation on R. Roads are respectfully requested to furnish the
transportation required by Mr Meador if possible to do so, as the
contract in question is an important one, and must no be suspended for
want of transportation as above stated. |
