| Yours of 21st to hand and in reply I
will do all I can to have your lime brought forward, owing to the
pressure of the Government here this is extremely difficult and at
times when I have cars left at the works for lime for the
Confederate States works at Macon they are loaded and sent to other
points, therefore sending cars there does not always seam the time
to the parties making the sequestration for transportation, which is
very discouraging to me. |
