General to enquire of you what action was taken in response to the
following telegram:
"Richmond Dec 5/64 To RR Cuyler, President CRR Savannah Ga. In
view of the present in??ts of the ??ing all this rolling stock at
Savannah not absolutely necessary to work this limited stretch of road
now assembled on the Central and ??? roads should be removed at once
by Charleston to Columbia. Please show this to the military commander
if necessary."
