| I certify that the Florida Atlantic &
Gulf C. R. Road furnished a Train for Government purposes, by order of
Genl. Finegan, and was detained by me from the 12th Sept. 1862 to 24th
Sept. 1862, at Jacksonville, less two days. The Company is entitled to
pay for Eleven days. |
