Dear Sir, |
We are badly in need of a lot
of copper for brasses for cars, and also for car grease. Can you help
us out any. I understand there is a large lot of copper here belonging
to Govt in the Ga RR Depot. |
I have agreed to let Capt. C.
C. Sims have two trains to Wilmington and two to Charlotte -- this is
all we have ready at present and it will be some time before any more
of our engines will be out of the Shop. Our stock is badly run down. |
Very Truly Yours |

Wallace, Acting Superintendent, East Tennessee & Georgia RR} |
