R. H. Fitzhugh in charge of the R. R. defences of the
{Richmond &} Danville & South Side R. Rds.
Please give him the same authority as was given to Capt Fitzhugh to
furnish transportation for men materials & supplies on those R Rds to &
between the various points where these defences are located. |
