the railroad from Columbia to Mt. Pleasant in the state of Tennessee {on
the Tennessee & Alabama RR},
be added to the list of those rail roads, from which the iron may be
taken by the Government for repairing and building main truck lines of
railroads and for use in important Naval Construction. |
