recommend that the Charlotte & Statesville railroad in the State of
North Carolina {the Atlantic, Tennessee
& Ohio RR}, be added to the list of those roads from which the
iron may be taken by the Govt for repairing and building main trunk
lines of railway and for use in important Naval construction |
