| Captain Haydon, on duty at Knoxville,
requires about two hundred dollars ($200) for the transaction of his
business and not being a commissioned officer the Bureau cannot place
money to his credit. I, therefore, have to request that you will advance
him the amount required and include the receipts, which he will turn
over to you, in your accounts. |
| I have informed Capt. H. of the above
arrangement & requested him to take the receipts in your name, certify
the accounts and turn them over to you. |
