agreement entered into between the Confederate States & Alexander Dudley
Esq., you are hereby selected the officer to award a fair compensation
to the latter for services rendered, and expenses incurred in securing
and removing to Richmond the iron of the Richmond & York River Rail Road
lying beyond the Pamunkey River. |
